IV. FARMANS 

           FARMANS (Royal Orders) were issued by the Asaf Jahi records preserved in Andhra Pradesh State Archives. During the periods  of  Mir Mahboob Ali Khan, Nizam the VI and Mir Osman Ali Khan, Nizam the VII, from 1901 to 1950 on separate papers on a systematic manner there are 355 chicket  books (Registers) of Farmans of various Departments were preserved in R1 Branch. All the Farmans are in Persian and Urdu.
